Kickoff ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when using the Kickoff mobile application and related services.

• Name, email address and profile picture (Google / Apple Sign-In)
• Unique user identifier
• Match predictions and leaderboard points
• Device information (model, operating system, language and app version)
• Country or region code for localization
• Crash reports and anonymous analytics

How We Use Your Data

• Create and manage your account
• Store predictions and leaderboard rankings
• Provide app functionality
• Improve app performance and stability
• Detect bugs and technical issues
• Analyze anonymous usage statistics

Third-Party Services

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal information to provide the Kickoff service, comply with legal obligations, improve the application, and where applicable, based on your consent.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the application. Analytics data helps improve features, performance, and stability and is not used to personally identify users.

Data Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We only share information with trusted service providers such as Google Firebase, Apple, and Shorebird when necessary to provide authentication, analytics, crash reporting, application updates, and core app functionality.

Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal information will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain it.

Location

Kickoff only stores your country or region for localization. We never collect or track your precise GPS location.

Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. We use encryption where appropriate and restrict access to personal information to authorized personnel and trusted service providers. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission is completely secure.

Your Rights

• Request access to your information.

Children's Privacy

Kickoff is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may delete your account at any time through the application or from our Account Deletion page.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Kickoff means you accept the updated version.

Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Kickoff, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities performed using your account.

Predictions & Leaderboards

Match predictions and rankings are provided for entertainment purposes. Rankings may change as match results become available.

Virtual Points

Virtual points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash, goods or services.

Acceptable Use

• No cheating or exploiting bugs.
• No bots or automated activity.
• No attempts to disrupt the service.
• No unauthorized access to our systems.
• No impersonation of other users.
• No reverse engineering or illegal activities.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Kickoff available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos and software within Kickoff remain the property of Kickoff or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

Disclaimer

Kickoff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kickoff shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
